"The Best Local Hotel: A+ on service, cleanliness, and value."

Going in order of the experience: From the free parking lot, to the welcoming and immaculate entrance, to the very friendly, helpful, and professional Evan who checked me in, to my huge room that was immaculate and and had all the amenities /appliances for an extended stay (obviously!) to the comfortable beds with nice bedding...this was an excellent stay. I travel quite often and have been in hotels that are 4 and 5 stars... I've found many of them are not as clean as Extended Stay. There was no dust under the bed! This may sound silly to some, but to me as an experienced traveler, it is huge. It shows the commitment of the team and management. Speaking of management, I was fortunate to meet Tony the following morning when I checked out. He took the time to ask if I enjoyed my stay and to thank me / invite me back in the future. I've read other reviews that I just don't understand... you cannot beat what is provided (including take-away breakfast) for the price. Clearly I highly recommend!

We only spent one night and from the areas we saw, everything was nice enough. As others have said, would have been nice if there was a second garbage can in the room, one in or near the kitchen perhaps. Breakfast is a very limited grab and go, coffee/tea, instant oatmeal, packaged muffins and granola/fruit bars. No real complaints.

Place was great for our needs. Pet friendly and plenty of grassy areas around the property to walk our small fur baby. Staff was very friendly. Ended up extending 1 night and front desk was super helpful when I couldn't find anything available. Kitchen set up was provided but minimal. Queen suite was decent size with a sofabed and recliner and clean. Probably could use a refresh but was in good shape. Would definitely stay again.
