⭐ 1 star This property is dangerously mismanaged, and corporate needs to intervene immediately. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the issues at this location are so widespread and concerning that guests deserve to know what they’re walking into — and corporate leadership needs to see what’s happening here. This property has serious health, safety, and operational problems: • Dirty, brown, discolored water coming from the faucets • Frequent lack of hot water, even late at night and early morning • Plumbing issues that go unresolved • Persistent roach and pest problems throughout the building • Housekeeping requests ignored for weeks, and when cleaning does occur, it is rushed and superficial • Consistent smoking inside and outside the building, causing air quality issues But the biggest issue — the one every guest I’ve spoken to agrees on — is the front desk staff. The level of unprofessionalism here is shocking for a hospitality business. The front desk is often completely unattended, even with a line of guests waiting. I’ve personally stood in the lobby watching a line grow behind me, only for an associate to finally appear, say “hold on,” disappear upstairs, and leave six or seven frustrated guests waiting with no explanation. When staff are present, many of them are rude, dismissive, abrasive, and openly combative when guests ask about basic services like room cleaning, pest control, or help with ongoing maintenance problems. There is no sense of urgency, accountability, or customer care from the front desk team. Their behavior alone is driving guests away. Multiple guests I’ve spoken with — in the elevators, lobby, and common areas — have expressed the exact same frustrations. Everyone sees the same issues. Everyone feels the same lack of professionalism. Everyone is wondering how this property is being allowed to operate this way. Meanwhile, the housekeeping staff who do show up have been kind and helpful, but they clearly aren’t being supported or properly scheduled by whoever is responsible at the front. This hotel needs a full corporate audit. It needs new leadership. It needs accountability. Until higher-level management steps in, this location will continue to decline, and guests will continue to have negative experiences. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel in the area until the corporate office addresses these major issues.

El personal fue muy amable

Todo el complejo estaba sucio y descuidado, las habitaciones estaban sucias y tenia un olor raro, no me gusto que te daban solo un rollo de papel por habitación y que había que ir a pedir todo a recepción, los platos, el papel de baño, la escoba, etc.. No hay desayuno solo ofrecen cafe, así que es mentira lo que dice aquí de la opción con desayuno. Aparte los vecinos de dormitorio que nos tocaron fueron muy ruidosos, gritaban, discutieron entre ellos, y golpeaban la cama contra nuestra pared. El vecindario era malo mucho ruido por todo lados y se siente bien inseguro. Lo único bueno de este hotel es el personal, muy amable y siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudar.
