L'appartamento in sé è bello e accogliente. La posizione è buona, ultimo piano ma con ascensore
Carente di attrezzature per cucinare. Poca cura in alcuni aspetti considerando che se una famiglia decide di prenotare un appartamento non si può portare dietro tutto. Caldo insopportabile anche con i tre ventilatori presenti. Non ho gradito la mancata comunicazione con personale umano nella gestione dei vari aspetti. Pulizia sommaria e un rotolo di carta igienica per 4 persone per 3 giorni

Upstairs, there was construction. It was not possible to stay, even to talk inside, because of how loud it was. Wifi was not working. Communication is terrible, in 4 different places: 1 email, 2 WhatsApp contacts, and Expedia messages... It's hard not to get lost.

It was located on the center of piazza de ferrara,it was a big apartment and spacious.
The aprtment doesnt have wifi that taking in consideration we are living in internet era that is non sense,i havent seen the booking first because was that one think that you cant imagine it will be missed. There to many mosquitoes.

Perfect location in Genoa and a 15 minute walk to the harbor and very well situated to travel by foot and metro, train etc. apartment was huge for two people but well equipped and local groceries nearby. Would stay again.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and bright. It was very clean and the bedding was nice. The air condition worked perfect. However, the bathroom was kind of small. I would appreciate a bar soap in the bathroom. Also, a tissue box or kitchen napkin would be nice. The washing machine was a great help. Finally, I forgot if we had to take out the recycling garbage. The location was a little far. I don't know if only taking out the garbage garbage was acceptable. We spent 10 minutes to find all the recyclable.
