The rooms were very clean as well as the lobby and great coffee

The breakfast needs a new cook that knows how to cook because in my opinion the breakfast was awful I’m pissed I broke my sleep just to go and be disappointed

Absolutely nothing.

The room was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over it. The sink was slow to drain. You had to flush the toilet multiple times. You can hear the toilets flush from other rooms all night long. The tub and mirror were peeling. I called the front desk to report the sink drainage and was told he would be up to plunge in a never came. There was only 1 battery in the remote so had to get a battery from the front desk. Towels were not cleaned and folded. This was just not a great experience.

I didn’t it’s not a safe environment inside and out

Drug dealers, addicts and prostitution all around coming in and out door all hours

the hallways smelt awful, and the carpet and walls were very dirty.

Room was booked through using this site - the original email stated the booking failed so I moved on to another hotel/room. The booking remained and I lost my money on this room and did not stay. Customer service said they weren’t allowed to process a refund.

Liked breakfast, the hotel was clean, easy access to the 3rd floor via parking lot was nice

Beds too stiff, pillows too flat, people were slamming the doors in the middle of the night
