The price was way too high for what we got. The room was a little bit unclean. The pool area was surrounded by a lot of broken chairs and looked unsafe and messy

Liked price and what it was going to offer.

I booked an accessible room. Once I arrived at property they checked me in and I went to the room. We quickly realized it wasn’t an accessible room. When I called the front desk they stated that they had an issue with the rooms that morning and didn’t have a room available anymore. So you checked me in and didn’t bother telling me at that point that my room wasn’t what I booked. They offered a $30 credit for our two night stay to compensate for it. We decided to refund and find another hotel. Let’s not talk about the broken handle beside the tub for people to get in and out of the tub/shower.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was standard and nothing special.

Honestly the neighborhood it was in was very rough but the hotel was amazing despite that quiet and the staff was very friendly

I wish I had realized the pool was closed but that was more on my own fault not realizing the time frame
