AUThe lady waiters at dinner in the restaurant was great, The chef is amazing, his food is delicious. The breakfast lady name Lexie was great too making coffee and hot chocolate, in no time at all. The view from our room was amazing. We Got an upgrade room when we check in, that was great. Thank you so much
The one day our coffee lady named Lexie was on her day off, our coffee and hot chocolate take 30 minutes to come out, by that time we have already finished ours breakfast. We did have an issues with one of the young lady who work at the restaurant parking in our car spot, have to wait for her to move her car. The worker should not be parking In guests parking spot.

AUAUGOOD SIZED UNIT, GOOD PARKING, CLOSE TO TOWN CENTRE: 10 - 15 MIN WALK. GREAT VIEWS OVER THE LAKE AND EASY WALKING PATHS AROUND THE BANKS OF THE LAKE
OUR UNIT WAS ON THE LOWER LEVEL, WHICH MEANT WE HAD TO BRING SUITCASES DOWN 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS TO GET TO THE ROOM AND THEN BACK UP AGAIN WHEN LEAVING.
AUThe breakfast was fantastic and the lakeside views were outstanding.

There were pins or nails in the carpet edges around the kitchen tiles. They were very sharp as we stepped on them. Room 422

The stairs were a little challenging for us at ages 66 and 72. The bed was too soft for my back.
