The pancake maker was the best and the lady that ran the breakfast was so hospitable and helpful…GREAT JOB! And the desk gentleman was so helpful giving us instruction how to stay in the middle lane to exit for Indiana..another helpful tip..THANK YOU!

We love the location. This was our second time staying at this hotel and we came back because of the location and because our first stay was awesome.

I travel with a service dog. Upon arrival the front desk argued with me and was very rude about my having him. I told him I had stayed there before with my animal and had not had any problems. On the second night there we realized the air conditioning was not working, so we went downstairs and told the gentleman at the front desk, at first we were told he would not move us because it was our second night there and we should have told him sooner. He did finally agree to move us but would only give us a key to the new room after we moved all of our things to the hallway in front of the new room and came back down to get the key. We were also charged more than we agreed to on booking by about $200. We were so disappointed because we thought we had found our go to for staying in the area, we travel to Columbus several times a year to visit our son.

The only really bad area, was the pool. There were very little non slip runners. The pool area was extremely slippery! We saw a toddler, who was walking slowly fall. She hit her head, and if it wasnt for the life jacket her mother had on her, that could have ended up with an extremely bad head wound. That area is a lawsuit waiting to happen!! My friend who has to walk with a cane, had to get help from a wonderful gentleman,who was also a guest, to get to the door from the pool.
