Clean room

Staff was fantastic. They needed a grounds keeper, weeds and trash could trip over garden hose. Hot tub handle rail loose and tub floor very slick.

Rooms have insects in the bathroom , have some torn window screens . Expects those , felt very comfortable. More likely to have some kettle in the room which will be some added advantage.

It was good.

The clerk at the front desk wasn't friendly. The carpet in the room had stains, and the drapes were hanging off the rails. Because I was unable to close the drapes, the room was lit up all night because of the parking lot lights.

The area was ok. The staff needs improvement

For what I had paid for the property I was not entirely impressed. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived and the hotel itself is a bit outdated as well as musky. The front desk person was not very hospitable but it was very easy to see she was also the only staff and trying to juggle many things at once. The area around is safe and beautiful. The small town of gunnison has a small downtown shopping area and locals were very welcoming and fun too. The breakfast at this hotel was phenomenal. The hotel felt very safe.

The accommodations were great. The breakfasts were awesome as well. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast options.

Room was comfortable, maid service could have been better, coffee and cups weren't resupplied daily. Good.
