Dirty, stained sheets, stained pillow cases. Strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Run down looking. Bathroom didn’t look clean.

"Very very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay! Something should be done !!!"

Breakfast was good. Tv was ok.

Was supposed to be handicapped accessible but WASNOT!!! Mold all around shower! Floor/carpet dirty when entered room. ONE set of towels for 3 adults in room and asked for more but did NOT receive them ever! ZERO wash clothes in room. Asked for them and was told they were in the washer and none were available!!! Cleaning lady tapped on door til we opened door and she tried to just barge into room looking for dirty towels which we didn’t have any since we only had ONE set the we were having to share. RUDE!
