"Uneasy and disappointing due to the uncleanliness of the room."

There was nothing I liked about this facility except the look from the outside and the delicious restaurant next door.

This facility was dirty. Cobwebs in the shower, brother's room had a broken toilet seat, commodes were dirty, you could see mold (black) around the rim of the commode, Bed sheets had yellow coloration . Just wasn't a clean look to the room. I had booked 3 rooms and brothers and sister-in-laws reported the same types of nastiness. I reported it to the man in the lobby who booked us in. He said he was "sorry"! I certainly was too and will never stay at another Quality Inn.
