Everyone at the front desk is amazing the manager Robert is very helpful rooms are clean I been here for almost 6 months and I consider this place my home Asha Jackie and Linda a very sweet helpful and helpful always ready to help and quick to give there shirts off the back I love this place

Very noisy!! Heard every neighbor parking lot noise! Not a good experience

I experienced a number of issues after my check-in. Two of the front office staff were not particularly helpful but on day two, Lynda Nygren went above and beyond to satisfy my displeasure. Quality customer service is becoming more of a rarity these days so I hope that Extended Stay recognizes the quality of employee they have with Lynda.

The room was clean but soulless. Staff was very friendly

Everything was dirty and dingy. There seemed to be a lot of homeless or indigent people staying there long term. Was more like an apartment complex.

Not much. We decided to leave early.

Just about everything except the desk staff and the location.

The hotel was noisy in the night People talking in hallways. Hard to get a good nights rest

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Extended Stay America Red Bank Middleton Suites was truly wonderful! As a family-friendly hotel, it offered everything we needed during a challenging time. The two queen bed suite with a kitchen was perfect for our family of five — two adults and three children. The kitchens are a little worn but fully functional, which made meal prep easy. Laundry facilities on-site were a huge help for us, allowing us to keep up with washing clothes hassle-free. The grab-and-go breakfast isn’t hot but includes coffee, muffins, and other quick items, which was convenient for busy mornings. The entire facility is kept clean, and we appreciated the plenty of extra towels, sheets, and supplies provided. What made our stay exceptional was the amazing staff—from the owner and general manager down to the overnight desk staff—they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. As a 100% disabled Marine veteran displaced due to a major flood, traveling with my family during a tough time, their kindness made all the difference. The kids had a great time and felt safe roaming the hallways. The hotel is currently updating rooms and interiors, so while some areas still feel a bit outdated, it’s clear improvements are underway. We did notice a few odd guests here and there, but that’s to be expected anywhere you go. Our room was on the first floor with windows that opened to let in fresh air, and the air conditioning worked really well. The nights were quiet, and we all slept soundly. Overall, a fantastic stay with great staff and family-friendly amenities—we highly recommend Extended Stay America Red Bank Middleton Suites!

The price could be a bit cheaper for what it is , due to it being a little outdated , but overall I loved everything pretty much ! Wouldn’t complain
