Southaven location was a great experience. I enjoyed the servic and how fast and nice they were. Also there concern for your best stay.

Upon arriving after our flights, myself, my wife, and our 8 month old infant went in to check in for our room around 11pm or 12 midnight (it was late). After paying the $50 fee that they require on top of already paying for a reservation, we received the key to room 122. Upon going into the room to unpack and get some rest, we did a walk around as we do with any other place we are staying at just to find a (roughly) 6 inch diameter hole in the ceiling above the shower head in the bathroom with black mold growing around it. After seeing this, we immediately repacked some of our belongings and left to make the woman at the front desk aware of the situation. We were met with remarks about how we will not receive a refund because of the “cleaning fees” and we were told that we had to make sure the room was clean before we left. We were in the room not even 5 minutes. Had it just been myself and my wife we would have just thought about getting another room but to know that one room is like that and with how bad black mold is for you, we were not going to be anywhere near it with our infant. This needs to be addressed as it is a violation of both state and health regulations since the hotel is a shared atmosphere and could cause harm and health complications to anyone staying in the building.
