"It was great until we had to switch rooms for a problems that was not our fault."

It was great until it wasn’t.

I didn’t like the fact that as I’m getting ready for a concert they called us and said we had to switch rooms right at that moment because our shower was leaking to the room underneath us. So had to pack up everything and move to another room, which made us late for the concert. Not once did they call my phone but said they had been calling us in the room all day. Sorry we went out all day, it is Vegas lol

While the staff members we’ve encountered are friendly and helpful, we want to especially acknowledge Ricky, who works at the front desk. Ricky has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay at Mardi Gras is as good as it can possibly be. We’ve stayed here several times and twice there’s been a slight room concern. Those concerns were handled in an efficient, timely, and successful manner. Example, TV was not working properly, so a technician was promptly sent and did a simple reset. All fixed! Just want to thank Mardi Gras for hiring such a great asset for the property.

I was greeted by Liz, the bartender/ Cook with such hospitality. She was knowledgeable and she makes one of the best pizzas ive had in Las Vegas believe it or not in this hotel they have a really good pizza. I would advise you stay here , room price was really reasonable considering I live in Las Vegas and been here 11 years.

The place was very old and run down, i woke with a bug running on the bed next to me. I checked out right away and they refused to refund the remaining of my stay saying with don't refund prepaid stays booking wasn't able to do as well
