"Absolute trash. Will never use booking again"

Did not stay. Website said it had a pool, then the email said it did not and you THIEVES charged me to cancel even though you literally false advertised and then bait and switched me. SHAMEFUL. Booked with Priceline at the STRAT and they called to confirm the pool *was* open for us... and we had ZERO issues with that stay. Will never return to booking.com

Solo deben mejorar la frecuencia de aseo en las habitaciones. Estuve 4 noches y solo limpiaron una vez.

"Beware of the “gotcha” fees"

The bed was comfortable. Unlike other reviews, our room did come with a fridge and microwave. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport was handy. Marcus, the shuttle driver the morning of our departure was very good.

Be aware that this property charged is an additional $60 (beyond what we already paid Booking.com) for their “resort fee”. Resort fees are all well and good as long as you receive something for the price. In this case, the only “resort feature” was their pool . . . which looked very nice, but was unfortunately inaccessible and marked as “closed” during our entire stay. Do better, Silver Sevens. If your resort is closed, waive the resort fee.

Staff that checked us in in the evening was rude and impatient. We had questions about charges and she wasn't very clear. Her responses were short and countenance was irritated
