Best Western Plus Carriage Inn

Cleaning staff didn’t refresh the room after we removed the do no disturb sign and left for the day. It was only around mid- morning when we left. Also, I didn’t appreciate the $12 feet for parking on the property. It is customary and expected that parking is provided free for paying hotel customers.

The first 2 nights the room was very cold and there were no blanquets in the room. We had to go to the front desk to ask for blankets but they didnt had the blanquets so we asked for sheets and it took some time until they found 2 sheets and gace then to us.

The room was niot clean. The plastic sign was diferent because normally the sign usually says in one side "Do not bother" and in the other side "Please do the room" , it said in both sides "Do not bother" and because of this our room was not cleaned and there were not enough towells after the first night. There is not a restaurante in the hotel and the restaurants that are close (Dennys) are very bad and others are very far away.

paid parking is ridiculous, $12 a night is a bit much when there are no other options to park off property bed was horrible, mattress felt like it hasnt been updated in years, made my back extremely sore other patrons made it very difficult to sleep as they talked for hours on the walkway which echoed through the halls

The room is so much noisy, I feel like sleep by the highway.

Everything was great 👍

Clean & parking was a little tight

Water pressure was terrible
