No funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la habitación y la ventana no abría. Calor.

Great location, 10 minute walk to the Bell Centre, walking distance to literally everything from food to clubs. Staff was really nice at the desk and Colin’s ability to make us laugh after a 12 hour drive was top notch. Beds were probably the most comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in and I’ve been to a lot of luxurious hotels. Would stay here again when in Montreal

Parking is quite expensive and offsite although it’s no fault of the hotels

Tivemos boa estadia, porém, tinham muitos grupos de jovens que não respeitaram o horário de descanso, com muita bagunça no corredor com batimentos de portas dos quartos e conversas em voz bem alta até altas horas.

We stayed for two nights in early April, and the entire hotel was uncomfortably hot. Sleeping was difficult. On our first night, we tried to open the window for some relief, but it was screwed shut. The air conditioning had been turned off for the season, even though outdoor temperatures were already warming. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told the AC was not available, yet the unit in our room continued to blow warm air even when turned off. For our second night, we requested that the window be unscrewed. The small opening helped slightly, but not enough to make the room comfortable. I would not recommend staying here in early spring unless you’re comfortable sleeping in temperatures around 25°C. It’s disappointing that the hotel cannot accommodate both heating and cooling during transitional seasons.

Not very clean Lacking of Basic facilities .. like they dont even give handwash in washroom..!! Parking is so so so expensive Of course not including in hotel price..!! Almost 50$ for one day parking..!!
