the design

I could have rated the hotel very highly, but one incident left me extremely disappointed. I accidentally left my Invisalign aligners on the bathroom sink when I checked out, and I only realized this while I was in a taxi on my way to the airport. I sent an email immediately notifying them of the situation and specifying exactly where I had left the item. Since I was still going to be in the United States for a few more days, I really needed the aligners to avoid disrupting my treatment. However, I never received any response from them. I expected at least a reply from the hotel, not complete silence. The email was sent to both the front desk and Nikki Jackson.

The location is great and it was clean. The staff was friendly

We didn’t have hot water the last day of our stay. The restaurant seemed short staffed and the food was subpar.

I liked the property and the late night staff was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be close to Bourbon
