The hotel was very nice. The rooms were comfortable. The beds were a little hard, but were a nice size. The location is really great. It is close to everything San Juan.

I would have liked to been able to use an elevator to get up to the second floor. I wish that the breakfast went until 10pm.

"Lovely and very comfy"

Loved how easy and good the staff was. Great people. The room was comfy and super clean.

The breakfast has pepper on everything which could have been noce to allow the gues to put the amount of pepper desired o not to put pepper. I'm allergic to pepper so I didn't have breakfast at all. The rest was good.

"More affordable than other options, but be prepared to fight over a single chair."

The location is perfect, right off the freeway and very close to the train station and tourist district. The staff is very friendly and the available amenities are pretty good. The breakfast options available are excellent and make the stay very much worthwhile.

The internet connection was not very good, and the TV frequently did not stream well due to the internet, which could not have been due to the number of visitors because more than half of the rooms were unoccupied. There was no armchair, sofa, loveseat, or even a second chair in our room, and we could not enjoy the room's balcony because there was no seating.
