Great location - close to the airport, a great place if you need to stay overnight after a late arrival.

The hotel is quite old, the rooms are worn out, and the breakfasts are mediocre.

Clean comfortable room, very friendly bar staff, disinterested restaurant staff, rude unhelpful front desk staff. They charged me three times for the room and refused to help. I proved the charges and they still charged me twice saying its nothing to do with them. I am now struggling with booking.com and the hotel to get my money back!!!! TERRIBLE!!!

Excellent breakfast, super comfortable bed, clean room, great value, outstanding friendly customer service on arrival, free airport shuttle. What’s not to love? I have stayed at pricier hotels in San Francisco that weren’t nearly as nice.
