Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel

Loved the ambiance in the breakfast area at Christmas time. The music really made me feel calm and I enjoyed the assortment of items to choose from. Coffee was so good and the pastries were very enjoyable.

Would have liked a take home container to grab and go instead of 2 paper plates.

Very disappointed. Long wait for shuttle at SFO, long lines to check in and only 2 staff members working. I had a requested a quiet room but was given a room on the 8th floor directly opposite the elevators, ice and vending machines. The elevator made a revving sound every few minutes and sleep would have been impossible. I asked at Reception to change rooms which was handled professionally however, the 2nd room was freezing - heating didn't work and I had to request additional blankets. In-house phone didn't work so had to traipse back down to Reception. Breakfast was plentiful and filling, but the coffee machine was out of order on both mornings and staff just shrugged their shoulders. The breakfast room was a free for all - children running around with no supervision - children also running up and down corridors late a night, screeching and screaming. Front desk staff whilst professional, didn't really engage with their guests, giving a standoffish impression. I understand it was a holiday weekend but the noise levels were unbearable. I wouldn't return.

De fácil acceso por la autopista y tambien me gusto la sencillez y la cordialidad recibida durante nuestra estadía en el hotel. Buen desayuno, bastante completo aunque no tan variado. En definitiva, buen hotel para ir con la familia.

Quizás un poco mas de variedad en el desayuno y que cobren el estacionamiento diario me parece mal ya que el auto está dentro del predio pero a la intemperie

Breakfast was cold. Sausage,eggs and potatoes. Should have placed a warmer on the bottom of each pan to keep warm.
