"Clean but needs updating"

We stayed here for a girls weekend and were drawn into the idea of a boutique hotel instead of one of the large brands in Niagara. The lobby and restaurant were so cute and it looks like the outside area would be great in warmer weather. However, our room fell short of the charm. The rooms just need updating. We had booked a courtyard view room but were initially put in a room overlooking a dirt parking lot with no fridge. After going back to the front desk, we were able to switch to a courtyard view- this room had a fridge which was great but things were just worn. The wall paint had been touched up with a different color paint in several areas and it just felt a bit neglected. Overall, it was clean and a good walking location but we wouldn’t stay here again unless they upgraded the rooms.

"Not worth it . Get one besides the casino higher quality same price"

It was ok . Our keys to get in the room didn’t work for like 3 times and we had to wait or go to the reception desk to get them fixed. It was so inconvenient and the phone to call reception didn’t work . Nice location close to casino , falls and shopping area

It doesn’t said anywhere not on the app or the registration link that to park your vehicle overnight it’s CA$46.99 and we stayed 2 nights .so add plus $100 to the bill . With all the fees and everything it was worth paying for a better hotel down the street closer to the casino and higher quality hotel .

I like how warm the bathroom is. Probably the warmest bathroom I’ve ever been! Perfect temperature when I bathe my toddler so he doesn’t get cold.

- Not PWD friendly because of the stairs. - Ice machine is too far from 3rd floor. 3rd floor should have their own ice machine. - Ice bucket should be provided

Big Fire Place and old stone look

Coffee machine didn’t work for 2 of the three provided small coffees. No one had the fire place going with a rainy day touring Niagara Falls it would have been a nice addition.
