We were looking forward to staying at Caesar’s. When we arrived we were unable to check in because their system was down. After waiting for three hours we contacted Expedia who, thankfully, were able to get us a different hotel.

The property was okey. Rooms were an ok size. When we got to the hotel they wanted to offer us another room “with a view” for triple the price. The restaurant options were limited and very pricy! WiFi was non existent or not working consistently.

Poor service ,first we arrived and the girl at service desk was telling us that for earlier check in we have to paid a rate when I stayed in other places they just do the check in and they sent us a msg when the room is ready so when we came back later we have to make a line for an hour then the pool they never tell us that the pool was closed until we arrive to the pool and for the next day we have to paid to get in to the pool,I personally go to the area to be relax in their pools I don’t play casinos so how you pretend that so many people like me enjoy the place.

Check in was awful. It makes no sense that there was only one agent, that had no clue what she was doing. And when help arrived, she took care of one guest and disappeared again while there were still at least 7 people in line. We waited over 30 minutes to check in. Then we were sent to the wrong room and had to come down to the desk again to get the keys fixed. Turns out, we were sent to the wrong room/floor to begin with. Absolutely the worst check in experience. Otherwise, the stay was great! The room was clean. The food and drinks were fantastic and the casino staff were friendly and fun!
