"Midnight madness in a COMFORT SUITES OUTDATED SWAMPY HOTEL!!!"

Lousy hotel 🏨 that's near the Airport 🛫 and that's the way you get trapped!!! Outdated everything including the manager that's not a manager 🙄 but they have to say they have one! She's unreachable, full of outdated thinking and just a lousy figurehead!!! CANCEL THIS HOTEL 🏨 BED BUGS BEEN REPORTED, MY ROOM HAD A BROKEN AC UNIT, HOLES PUNCHED IM WALL AND DIRTY FAN VENT IN THE BATHROOM...JUST A MISERABLE PLACE!!! WE LEFT AT MIDNIGHT AFTER THEY WANTED TO MOVE US TO ANOTHER FLOOR BECAUSE OF THE BROKEN AC UNIT...WE DIDN'T HAVE CONFIDENCE THAT IT WOULD GET ANY BETTER!!!

I love the cleanliness and the location , especially the view of the planes taking off and landing. Continental Breakfast. The access to the bar was nice.

I didn't like that there was not a refrigerator and microwave inside the room. I didn't like that I had placed a do not disturb signage on the door and housekeeping still knocked.
