Property was sketchy at best, and the staff charged an extra fee at check out.

Toilet was leaking. Not enough towels and the tv didn’t work. Brought a laptop but couldn’t change channels. Wanted to charge $1.50 for two more towels. I live local so I ended up going home to grab some more towels. Property was clean. Pool was good and there was a nice sitting area with a bbq. Went to a bakery next door that was good. The sign says free breakfast but there is no free breakfast. They “forgot to change the sign” for months.

Room 227 was dirty, full of mold, spider webs, a cracked toilet lid, moldy shower curtain, stained bath mat, a huge hairball in the drain which I had to remove to allow drainage of water from tub, cracked paint under air conditioning unit, dust and mold on top edge of space heater in bathroom. The list goes on. As for decor - 2 stained, dirty upholstered chairs greet you upon entering. Two faded, identical pieces of art hung on the walls. Worn, rough wood on desk surface. Plus ... advertised shuttle service and breakfast amenity were non-existent, even though advertised through your ad and at the location as well. Upon check-in, requested a ground level room for mobility issues - told it would be 4pm before a room was available. Smoke detector filthy. Not at all worth the money that was paid.

Easy check in, pool was a great add. Quiet and close enough to downtown by car. No turndown service but overall a good stay for the weekend.

This hotel was everything we needed for or quick stay in Niagra Falls

The room was clean and inviting. I was only in town for the evening. Excellent for the value.

Liked: Easy parking, lighting , close proximity to restaurants. Not liked: found a wet used towel hanging in the bathroom. Air conditioner was too noisy. Really loud. The front desk was not friendly. Otherwise, not a bad place to sleep.
