Nietypowa, dość niska wysokość pokoju, co może wpływać na komfort pobytu. Małe okno, przez co do pokoju wpada niewiele naturalnego światła. Na basenie obowiązuje noszenie czepka, co dla części gości może być niedogodnością.

Unfortunately after our first night in room 3, my partner woke up covered in bites, and we found bedbugs in the bed. She woke up at 4am with a swollen arm due to the bites, so we immediately packed up our stuff and informed the night receptionist, who was very apologetic. She told us that there were no rooms available for us to move to, so we had to sit in the lobby until the manager arrived at 7am to issue us a refund. The staff were very apologetic and handled the situation well, offering to contact their partner hotel for a room for us, however it was not the location we were looking for, and we had lost confidence in the company. Aside from the bedbug issue - we were disappointed by the hotel, as the room had thin walls and was right next to the reception, so you could hear everything going on. There was no key card access door between the reception and the rooms, and we were on the ground floor, which added to the noise issue, and did not feel very secure. The pool had a very strong smell of chemicals, which our swimsuits smelt like for the rest of the trip. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel. While the staff were accommodating to the situation, it should not have happened in the first place, and it leaves us to question how clean the facilities are and how attentively they are maintained - we also found a cockroach in the public bathrooms in the hotel.

Localização muito conveniente junto ao Jardim do Turía. Com uma caminhada estávamos no centro histórico, na cidade das artes e ciências e autocarro direto para a praia. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos. As funcionárias da receção foram sempre simpáticas.

O preço é elevado para um hotel de 3 estrelas. O pequeno almoço tinha pouca qualidade.
