The rooms are tastefully decorated and felt modern yet cozy. The amenities are great and well-appointed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The walls are very thin. Our room was next to the interstate and you could hear the traffic non-stop. Trucks using J-Brakes at 3am are very annoying. We were on the 3rd floor so we had upstairs neighbors and we could hear every footstep. They obviously had young children as there was a lot of running back and forth. The lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom meant the mirror was steamed up after showers so showering with the door open is a necessity. Also, the water pressure in the shower was disappointing. The shower head tried its best to increase the stream but it just wasn't enough and had a hard time rinsing the suds off our bodies. The A/C unit does not have a continuous fan option. I appreciate the wall-mounted control but the fact that the only controls you can control is the temperature setting and whether it's heating or cooling was very frustrating. When I stay in a hotel I like to have the fan running continuously at night, one for the air movement, but mainly for the white noise. When it was running to cool the room you couldn't hear the interstate noise but since it was a rather cool evening, the A/C was off more than it was on.

Super friendly staff. Exceptionally clean room. Terrific breakfast. Will definitely stay at this property from now on.

La fille à la réception le soir de notre arrivée était impatiente, impolie et surtout n’avait aucune envie de nous aider. Booking n’avait pas envoyé la confirmation à l’hôtel et malgré le fait que nous lui avons montré notre réservation et que nous avions déjà payé, elle nous disait qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire. J’ai du lui demander de contacter le gérant. À chaque fois que je lui montrais notre réservation, elle nous demandait de quitter les lieux où de repayer la chambre. Une chance que le gérant au téléphone était présent, même avec son aide, elle ne comprenait pas comment faire et nous faisait un facture, nous faisant payer de nouveau la chambre. La troisième fois elle nous a menacé de téléphoner aux policiers. Elle n’avait pas les compétences requises pour nous aider et s’en foutait royalement prétextant que c’était mon problème . Au départ, elle m’a dit qu’il n’y avait aucun frais si nous annulions ( pas vrai) elle n’a pas fait remplir le bon document pour mon chien d’assistance, elle a roulé des yeux lorsqu’elle m’a demandé la raison de l’assistance, m’a dit que c’était 75$ quand même pour le chien. Lorsque je lui ai dit que ces chiens n’avaient pas de charge, elle était mécontente que je la contredise. Comme l’anglais n’est pas ma langue première, je répétais ce qu’elle me disait pour m’assurer de bien comprendre , elle s’énervait, roulait des yeux et me faisait le signe de la zipper. Elle m’a dit de travailler ma patience tandis que j’essayais de comprendre. Plus jamais, je n’irai à cet hôtel, par crainte de faire affaire avec elle. J’ai eu peur et pas dormi de la nuit. J’avais peur de ce qu’elle pouvait faire. L’autre dame à l’accueil le lendemain était parfaite. Comme elle m’a reparlé de la situation de la veille, vérifiant ce qui s’était passé, corrigeant les documents de l’autre de la veille, l’anxiété m’a reprise. Ouf, qu’elle aventure pénible. Je n’avais jamais vécu cela et croyez-moi, j’en ai fait des hôtels.

Tight parking lot. I drive a 39 passenger executive bus and with all these properties tightly bunched it can be challenging to position my vehicle so I can safely enter and exit places. Hotels need to become more aware of this and position designated places for us professional chauffeurs. PLEASE BRING MY POINT TOCORPORATE PROPETRTY BUILDERS. Thank you
