Room was pet friendly and very clean. I could smell the cleanliness when entering room.

We were on ground floor. Late arrivals above us stomped in. Room next to us late too. Very noisy. We didn't sleep well.

Walls are paper thin. Lots of noise all night.

I loved the chicken sausage. I don't eat pork and that option, most hotels don't take into consideration that many people don't eat pork. I strongly appreciate that more than you guys know!

You could probably use a second pancake 🥞 maker 😀

Staff was friendly. Would’ve been nice to be able to enjoy the games and pool table! Nice set up for families

Booked online and said I would pay cash upon arrival. But staff told me my card was charged. Led to confusion and ultimately there wasn’t anything I could do. Additionally I was charged more than the agreed total on my confirmation! Staff said that was an issue with the booking agent. Room would’ve been great if it didn’t smell of weed and was over all cleaner. The bed frames need cleaned. Flat base is exposed and is really dirty. My sheets had several different hairs in them, but the other bed seemed clean. The mattresses themselves were very clean. In general it “looked” nice and new, but they need to clean better. Table even had greasy hand prints. We didn’t even check in till after 11 pm and the room above us was so loud, children running constantly. There is a posted quiet time, which I believe was 10pm. I finally was able to fall asleep, but was woken at 4am with the same. I ended calling front desk, who was very sweet and handled immediately. We were hoping breakfast would redeem the sub par room. But it really didn’t. A plus my daughter enjoyed the pancake machine, but other wise 🤷‍♀️ The scrambled eggs and sausage literally tasted like nothing. Oatmeal was good with nice toppings. There was also the usual cereals and muffin type choices. The water ended up getting shut off before we could shower, due to a break. So, that’s completely out of their control, just kinda topped it all off.
