It was clean and staff was friendly.

I tried to enjoy the pool with my daughter but there were a bunch of wild and unsupervised young kids in the pool. It was super loud, they were splashing. It was awful. Other then that, the facility was nice.

"Hotel ok- shuttle service unreliable"

The hotel was a little run down but to be expected for the price. The real issue we encountered was the shuttle service. My kids and I waited 40 minutes in the cold at 12am for the shuttle. Ubers at that time were running close to $200. I called twice and they said it would be there soon. Another hotel took pity on us and gave us a ride. The next morning the shuttle to the airport was running late. We booked the hotel because we had an overnight layover. We missed out on an hour of sleep because of the shuttle and had added stress that we would miss our flight because they were running late the next day.

The property was easy to get to.

The pool was closed and the hotel offered no compensation. We booked 6 rooms and the main reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool and hot tub.
