Functional rooms, polite good staff There are plenty of 120V and usb 5v2a ports and sockets dotted everywhere in the room, and most of them even work!

Next to highway, loud at night, >20 min walk to nearest T stop/target, must cross hwy Expensive Slow wifi

"Staff Does Not Give A S--t"

The room and the bed were good. The location near the airport was also convenient.

Customer service could have been much better. The toilet in our room brokedown. I called to the front desk and nobody answered. I then got dressed and went to the front desk and told the worker that our toilet needed repair. About an hour and a half later, after eating a rather poor breakfast, we returned to our room to find the toilet had not been fixed. I asked a maid to call someone and she did. Still no one came to fix the toilet. By the time we left the hotel, the toilet was still not fixed.

Staff friendly

Breakfast is very poor quality and menu choice. Our takeaway breakfast bag consisted of a bagel with jam or peanut butter pot , an apple and a bottle of water.
