BREAKFAST AS EXPECTED AND SHUTTLE BUS WAS FINE

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED A DAILY RATE OF $30 FOR CAR PARKING WHEN I DID NOT HAVE A CAR AND HOTEL NOT RESPONDING WITH MY QUERIES.

Bed and room fine

Shuttle erratic and didn't show for 45 minutes. Staff unhelpful when called about it. Hotel refused to hold bag for 2 days even though there is a return booking here. Overall, an overwhelming sense that people are just being churned through the place which is perhaps understandable for an airport hotel but excessive prices are being charged for the World Cup and would not have booked this hotel with prior knowledge of the attitude towards customers.

Convenient to the airport and good shuttle service

The bed was super uncomfortable. The box spring needs replacing and was super noisy even just sitting in the bed, as well as turning over during the night woke me up
