Quality Inn and Conference Centre

The washer/dryer, bonus it was on the floor I was on. I liked that there was no carpet in the room, so no funky carpet smells. I thought the snack store at the main office was cool that had energy drinks as well. I also enjoyed the free coffee throughout the day at the main entrance when I would return to the hotel mid-day and the free breakfastwas good. I also enjoyed the pool that provided towels, and we didn't have to bring one with us. I loved the location as it was only a 5 minute drive from the college and close to restaurants and shopping.

The other entrances were locked but was told that they get unlocked during the day. My room was at the end of the building, so I had to walk around to the front entrance and down to the end of the hall. It's just a bit of an inconvenience if you park at the back and expect the doors to be unlocked. For only one day, the coffee was not restocked in my room, and I dislike calling the front desk for it, so I went without for a day. Inconveniences and not complaints 🙂 Great hotel!

J’ai réservé une chambre via Booking et j’ai reçu une confirmation officielle. Quelques jours plus tard, le gérant m’a contacté pour m’annoncer qu’il n’y avait finalement plus de place, malgré ma réservation validée. Non seulement ma réservation a été annulée de manière unilatérale, mais en plus je n’ai jamais été remboursé. C’est une pratique inacceptable et malhonnête. Non seulement ils ne respectent pas les réservations confirmées, mais ils gardent l’argent des clients sans fournir le service. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement : aucun professionnalisme, aucune transparence et un manque total de respect pour les voyageurs. À éviter absolument.

Breakfast was great, nice rooms but the washroom was very small.

It was a good location

This property is grungy and needs some up dates. I booked 2 beds because I was with my grand daughter and she had to sleep on a hide a bed which had a gross mattress.

Our room and common areas were very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We stayed 3 days and would definitely stay again. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
