Best experience. Not only ambiance but also the absolute delightful taste. It breaks the perception of 5 star food being less on spices and salt. Everything was absolute perfect. Thanks Shereton staff and feast staff for delightful hospitality.

"I’m not kidding best service I have ever received!"

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but the service at the Sheridan Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel is in a league of its own. From the moment I checked in, the team made me feel like a VIP. A huge shoutout to the concierge desk the woman who checked me in was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful she even walked me over to the elevator and helped me get to my floor. It’s those small, thoughtful touches like this that make the garden hotel place special. Usually, hotel restaurants can be hit-or-miss, but Feast was a highlight of my stay. Not only was it a full breakfast from fresh juices, fruit yogurt, donuts, cereal, and made to order waffles, pancakes, omelets and more.What really stood out was the service; my server Harshal was incredibly attentive and nice to talk to. He all ready knew what I liked for breakfast for the days to come. He was truly an amazing person to meet and be served by. Sumit was also amazing he overlooked the restaurant and made sure that everything was perfect, full and in its place. They also did something unexpected for me when I was leaving and gave me a special desert and wished me a fun safe journey. I just felt so special! It’s people like them and the whole staff why I would only be staying here when I come back to Pune. I also got to enjoy the night club and that was such a vibe! Security made me feel safe and lots of staff around of your need anything. The DJ was great and set the mood and all the people attending were fun open to talk and meet new people and dance with me. Really nice set up with some areas more private than others. So convenient since it’s attached to the hotel so that was really convenient. 10/10 to the whole team! I have no complaints. Best service I ever received because everyone was nice, friendly, professional and genuine.

On roof top restaurant should have some local dishes & little more choices in Non veg , should have spice level choices ( needed bit spicy)
