La difficulté à joindre la réception de l hôtel pour la réservation de chambres communicante.. et à notre arrivée notre demande n avait pas été prise en compte alors que nous avions un enfant mineur avec nous. Les réceptionnistes se sont arrangés sur le moment mais cela aurait clairement pu être un problème.

Location is convenient. Well served by public transportation

The staff are quite negative. They don’t try to help when you ask them. The internet was not working in the room and when I complained, they said try to use the internet in the lobby. I had a booking for 2 people for 5 days. My wife could not join me and I had to shorten my stay to 2 days. They insisted to make me pay for the full booking without any reduction.

Well located, well maintained hotel with good service, and very good facilities.

The convenience of the location. The trams to the Old town ran right past our front door.

Really nice hotel and spa with a bonus upgrade. We only stayed one night, so we didn't experience the restaurant or breakfast or gym or conference rooms, but we would stay here again. Staff were helpful with our bag storage on the checkout day, which was really nice.

Aircon was a bit old and noisy. But I was able to be turn it off.
