Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt.

Leider war das Personal nicht besonders hilfsbereit und teilweise unhöflich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig

Nah an Zentrum. Um ein Vorteil auszusprechen.

Preis-Leistung total schlecht. Zimmer ziemlich schmutzig (sehr viel Tierhaare auf dem Teppich (glücklicherweise keine Allergie an sowas). Personal solala, was um Freundlichkeit angeht.

A reasonably priced conventional hotel for Salzburg, a somewhat expensive city for hotels. Six stops by bus from the central train station and a short walk from the old city through the Neutor tunnel. We had a few hiccups checking in, but these were dealt with sincerely and politely by the staff. The room was acceptably clean and spacious. However, it did not have what I would have thought are standard features in a moderately-priced hotel: no coffee machine, microwave or minifridge.
