Friendly and welcoming staff, who apologised for the disappointment of arriving at a hotel covered in scaffolding, without this being advertised on booking.com, nor given any reduced price (rather the opposite). Breakfast had great selection.

Rather disappointing to arrive at a hotel covered in scaffolding when expected a nice looking hotel with great views, and where most of the "extra" things were closed, such as the pool area (including bar etc.). This disappointment is mainly to be blamed at booking.com, who had not updated anything despite several enquiries from the hotel. The room I was given only had a rather sad view and gave the impression of staying in a construction site.

We checked in at the hotel, having booked a room in advance on Booking.com, but no one warned us that there was a full-scale construction going on at the hotel and the pool with a bar was closed. The only thing they offered in exchange for the inconvenience was one free breakfast (we had a room booked for 5 nights). The impressions were a little negative.

El hotel es bastante limpio, las áreas comunes bien cuidadas, el desayuno es de gran calidad y con mucha variedad de productos, buenos quesos y cecinas y pastelería. La ubicación es muy adecuada para ir caminando a las calas y hay gran variedad de restaurantes de buena calidad cerca.

No se podía utilizar la piscina y no estaba informado al momento de la reserva, el gimnasio no tenia los baños accesibles.
