Close to various shops/restuarants. The shower water pressure was great.

The bed was a spring mattress and I could feel every spring. No carpet. Top of the furniture was clean but the sides and the bathroom door needed cleaned. Room not quite finished.The toilet tissue was pretty far back of the toilet. Our first morning the only eggs they had were hard boiled eggs , sausage had lots of gristle and bone chips

Dirty, no staff, breakfast was stale milk was curdling, asked for extra pillow and was told no. Was there 3 nights and never saw staff other than front desk. Very run down and dirty Have stayed there a year ago and wasn’t too bad but will never stay again. Comfort inn quality is declining

They held room due to weather arriving later than expected

It had a roach on wall when I walked in & 1 in shower when I woke up

It was cheap and the location was good.

There was mold growing in the shower and the mattress was the worst mattress I've ever slept on. The tv was tiny and there was only one soap for the sink and the shower.

I didn’t like the property at all!

Well to start off as soon as I pulled into the parking lot I ran over broken glass and it gave me a flat tire. I had to ask the worker to clean it up before someone else ran it over. When getting into the room the floors were covered in crumbs. There was sticky looking residue on the end tables and other surfaces. The air conditioner I had didn’t work the best. The microwave in the room didn’t work and I was told there was one in the lobby I could use. Then I saw two bugs not sure what they were moves too fast. It was so bad I only spent 2 hours max in the room and chose to stay in my car for the night and handed the keys back to the hotel staff and said I’m checking out early. Also one of the keys didn’t even work on the door!!!!! When I tried telling a manager about all of this all he said is you booked with booking.com we can’t give refund which I looked into and seems like they could have! Also he said what were the bugs roaches… not sure how to take that as if they think roaches are normal and he tried to assign me to another room 0% chance I’d ever stay there again

We checked in. We left immediately and did not stay at this hotel !!! The hallway was the worst smelling thing that I have ever experienced. The room was absolutely disgusting. It was so absolutely horrific, we went back to the front desk to ask for a new room. The next rooms they showed us were even worse. One smelling like cat urine! Let me be clear, we did not stay at this hotel. We left and I found another hotel!

This was the most god-awful hotel I’ve ever walked into in my entire life!!!! Dirty, disgusting and smells awful!!!! We did not stay at this hotel !!! I know you’re not gonna refund the money, but I didn’t want to let you know we did not stay at this hotel! The clerk at the front desk would not provide a receipt or give us documentation that we left!!! I did video record the conversation and take pictures of the hallway in the room !!! My suggestion, is to completely disassociate with this hotel, and do not let your company be represented by this hotel !!!! We did not feel comfortable, even putting our luggage down or sitting on the furniture or even attempting to lie down on the beds!!! Again, we did not stay at this hotel, I know I’ve lost the money, but I did want to let you know about how horrible this place is … To be clear, I have never left a negative comment before. This is the first time it’s reached a threshold or something is so god-awful, that I had to actually make a negative comment!!! The place smelled so bad, that we had to change clothes and take a shower when we got to the next hotel …
