Wingate by Wyndham Humble/Houston Intercontinental Airport

Location.

Spent three nights. Never got room cleaned, except for cleaning up the blood in the bathroom after a nasty fall out of the shower. That took three requests. Shower/tub had no slip mat and hand rail was too low for shower use. Spent 4 hours in the ER. Staff refused to give me an incident report. Claimed they took my info and reported it to franchise owner. Haven’t heard a word. The only thing hot about the breakfast was the toast. Pool was nasty. Back door on first floor was propped open with a rock-anyone could walk in. There was no security pad.

That it was in the middle of the things we went down there for

It had no parking.

Obwohl ich beim Reservieren Flugnummer und Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt hatte, war kein Shuttlebus vorhanden. Der Empfang wurde 3 Mal angerufen, ohne zu antworten. Er antwortete auf meine Frage, er sei ab Mitternacht für Empfang UND. Shuttle zuständig, man hätte anrufen sollen (was ja ohne Antwort stattgefunden hatte. Somit ist die Attraktivität Ihres Hotels verloren gegangen, da ich 40 US für Anfahrt bezahlt habe. Ich schlage vor, die Methode zum Erhalt des Shuttle genau bei Reservierung mitzuteilen!

The receptionist was very nice and helpful, her name Liz

The place was very dull looking and smelling. The lobby has you fooled into thinking you're in a decent hotel. No toiletries. Cereal for breakfast with two gallons of milk. This whole ordeal was just plain silly.
