$25/night for a dog is too much! All the motels on this trip charged $10-20 for first night only. Won’t use your motel again.

The staff were nice and friendly. The hotel appearance was clean.

The room had a stuffy smell that was being masked by an air freshener plug in. By the middle of our week long stay, the laundry room for guest was out of order as well as the ice machine.

The facility is pretty clean. The rooms are clean. And overall, I would stay here again. The facility is quiet. And the parking lot was also clean and well kept. A basic breakfast is included. Also an indoor swimming pool and hot tub were included. Which for a room at this price was a VERY welcome amenity! They also have a gym and vending machines for snacks. As well as coffee and tea.

The problems were just a couple. But they are important ones. First, the hot water in the shower did not exist, period. We arrived very late (due to some rental truck issues). So I would have expected there to be hot water as late as we checked in. Being that it wasn't a time in the morning or day when everyone would be showering before check out. But nope. The hot water was turned all the way over to the hot side on the tub/shower combo faucet and it barely got warm. And I do mean barely. I took a shower to rinse off the chlorine from the hot tub. And even after just a very short shower, I was freezing cold. I tried the hot water at the bathroom sink. And it worked fine. So it isn't the hot water itself that is the issue. It is that the faucet in the bathtub was adjusted when installed to be turned way down. I would assume, so the guest cannot use much hot water. To keep utility prices down. It is one thing to find a moderate adjustment to keep the hot water usage reasonable. It is another to simply freeze the guest out and have the water come out nearly fully cold. For reference, myself and my business partner who were traveling are contractors. So it isn't that we don't know how to use these twist type faucets. These simply have been adjusted to have the hot water almost off. The other issues were that the microwave barely heats. So after my cold shower, I tried to heat up water to make hot tea. But the microwave appears to be worn out. And simply doesn't hear the water past warm. 4 minutes for the small, disposable cup. With already warm water from the bathroom sink faucet. And you guessed it, still mildly warm water after 4 minutes of microwaving. The shampoo and lotion bottles in the bathroom were basically both empty. So forget using those if you need to. Overall, I think this would be a really solid and good place to stop during my back and fourth trips ahead of me from OKC., to SLC.. If these issues are not a constant.

Bed bugs and mgr. denied they have them! Wife and I experienced numerous bites so bad we had to go to the doctor to get help. We had to not only pay the doctor but also had to get medications. My wife even missed work it was so bad. The manager there was less than helpful and denied that they had BED BUGS!! We asked for compensation of room refund, pay for Dr. and medication and he denied that plus stating again they didn’t have bed bugs! Let me tell you when you wake up and have so many bites you need medical attention I know they have bed bugs! I have pictures of the bites and if I can attach them I will!! This is no laughing matter and we were basically told to bad!! I can’t say enough about how bad it is and then corporate states you need to take it up with the mgr. of that comfort inn and location. I’m not through with this by any means!! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK, BE AWARE ALSO THEY DON’ T CARE A BOUT THEIR GUEST WHAT SO EVER. In addition there was mold all over in the shower even behind the wall paper. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS NEED I SAY MORE!!! We were treated with no respect from the mgr. plus he just blew us off. Just for the record it’s the only place we stayed! I’m so disgusted!!! Also remember corporate didn’t do a thing at all as well !!

The breakfast was good, typical hotel offering. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very nice quality.
