"Nie wieder"

Ich war in der Lage zu schlafen und mich zu erholen.

Im Fahrstuhl hing den ganzen Aufenthalt über eine defekte Lampe aus der Decke. Auf dem Zimmer gab es keine Zahnputzbecher und keine Toiletenbürste. Frühstückbeginn 06:00, 06:10 stand nur das nötigste zur Verfügung, die Muffins waren noch gefroren. Die Ordnung um das Hotel ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Bettzeug für die Nachtruhe gab es nur auf Nachfrage.

"Zweck erfüllt, aber ich habe noch nie in einem Hotel so schlechtes Empfangspersonal erlebt."

Sauberkeit und täglicher Zimmerdienst.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr sehr schlecht. Nicht mal begrüsst haben uns diese zwei Herren. Unglaublich unsympathisch.

Le manque de prise car on est 3 et il a que deux prises qui ne sont même pas à côté des lits... Mal isolé.

"Ça ne vaut pas les 750€ pour 3 nuits"

Pas grand chose, mise à part que c’était proche du circuit de Barcelone.

La propreté, la chambre sentait le tabac froid, même après avoir ouvert la chambre toute la journée. Ensuite le bruit dans les couloirs, les portes qui claquent à 02h00 du matin, obligé de dormir avec des bouchons oreilles

La atención del chico de recepción. Albert estuvo siempre muy atento e intentó arreglar, como pudo, el hecho que las habitaciones no estuvieran preparadas en el momento de hacer el check-in. La ubicación, pues necesitábamos que estuviera cerca de la autovía.

El tener que esperar porque las habitaciones aún no estaban limpias, pese a que llegamos más tarde de la hora indicada para hacer el check in. Sería necesario mayor personal de limpieza para agilizar la limpieza de las habitaciones y que se pueda cumplir con la hora indicada no teniendo que hacer esperar a los clientes.
