"IT WAS QUIET AND COMFORTABLE."

BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AND EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND KIND

THE COMMODE IS TO LOW FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE HANDICAP WITH LEG AND KNEE PROBLEMS OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

I was not happy that I was put on the 4th floor with the elevator not working. I am 70 years old and using the steps to carry my items was not pleasant. I did not trust getting in the elevator to go up since it was not in FULL working order. Had I not booked a non-refundable room thru a third party, I would have requested a refund and gone next door to The Hyatt Place. Much nicer hotel. Check-in took too long. Granted there was a larger party ahead of me, but a local made the reservation so they had to go thru the whole ordeal that he couldn't stay there and then someone from out of state had to get out their license, etc. I took close to 20 minutes or so until I could get checked in. I also read a review for your hotel that mentioned you had the best hotel breakfast in Roanoke......nothing could have been farther from the truth. I couldn't even finish eating my food and I had an 8 hour drive ahead of me. I will not be staying at a Comfort Inn in the future.
