Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane Airport Airway Heights

Concierge that was working night shift when I first arrived was very friendly and very accountable. Now the concierge that was on shift when I left was quite rude to not speak to me when I spoke to him which normally wouldn't be a big deal except I was expecting a doordash delivery and he would not respond to a question that I asked and I asked several times because I had assumed he did not hear what I said the first time and he just looked at me and completely disregarded what I had to say. I didn't like much else of my stay my room was mostly clean my shower was dirty I did not even use it. The toilet head feces stains in it and it did not smell well. I did not complain when I was there because I didn't want to seem like one of those people.

It would take less time and space to type what I did like but there wasn't much. This is my second time staying at this establishment the first time was awesome it wasn't a bad experience whatsoever. However this time had me questioning the Wyndham corporate as a whole.

Shower head was nice. TV was nice and big.

stairs no elevator. Tub wouldnt drain after shower and was cold water. In accurate amount of towels and coffee in room for our three day stay.

Excellent location from airport. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like they were very sweet and gave my in-laws and I the adjoining rooms without asking

Front desk lady was very helpful and amazing. The maintenance guy was really quick and kind. He fixed the television fast. Greatly appreciate your kindness. Your motel is great 👍 👌

Everything was good. Maybe breakfast could add some sort of bacon or sausage if possible other than that it's a great place to stay 🙌 thank you
