Infelizmente, nossa experiência foi bastante negativa. Solicitamos um lanche pelo room service durante nossa estadia. Após consumirmos a refeição, eu e minha namorada apresentamos sintomas de mal-estar. No caso dela, a situação foi mais preocupante, pois continua sofrendo com náuseas e indisposição mesmo dias depois do ocorrido. Não podemos afirmar com absoluta certeza a causa dos sintomas, porém a coincidência temporal entre o consumo da refeição e o início do mal-estar nos leva a registrar nossa preocupação quanto à qualidade e ao manuseio dos alimentos servidos pelo hotel. Esperávamos um padrão de qualidade e segurança alimentar compatível com a reputação do estabelecimento. Recomendo que o hotel investigue o ocorrido e reforce seus controles de segurança alimentar para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pela mesma situação. Infelizmente, essa experiência comprometeu significativamente nossa estadia.
