Radisson Hotel Zurich Airport

Frühstück war ganz okay, aber auch nicht besonders vielfältig.

Das Bad war recht dreckig, ebenso der Boden und auch Schreibtisch. Ich habe mich gefragt, ob das Zimmer überhaupt gereinigt wurde? Unverschämt war auch, dass der Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel überhaupt nicht kam, einmal sogar an uns vorbei fuhr, und ich dann irgendwann entnervt ein Taxi genommen habe. Ebenso finde ich es nicht in Ordnung, dass man den Rücktransfer zum Flughafen selbst bezahlen muss. Was kann ich als Gast für die schlechte Anbindung zum Flughafen?

Location near to airport.

Without asking , reception staff never give bill of invoice. And little bit polite, when attending. And I asked them to add point to Radisson rewards account.. second time , they checked out without putting points. Always in hurry Had no water bottle inside room..

Location was just ok.

Room was without a clothes cupboard. No fridge in the room. No drawers, TV was in an odd position. The room was not cleaned properly at all. Pillow covers were kept in the bed for us to change!! No coffee creamers in the room
