"Customer service is non existent."

Wouldn’t know. Never made it there as we had a work trip cancelled (beyond our control). Have tried multiple times for a refund, the property says we booked non cancellation. Ok, so how about a credit for future travel? The Radisson said we must contact Booking.com as they are unable to arrange the credit. Booking.coms site says we can only do with the Hotel. The Radisson have gone out of their way to make this a very unpleasant experience, delayed responses, limited communication, just flat out disappointing. Never had an experience like this before. Their ‘customer service’ is non existent and only interested in taking your money. Buyers beware.

"Toller Hotel für Spotter"

Das Zimmer 302 ist für Flughafen- bzw. Flugzeugfans zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge rund um Zürich.

Das Frühstück ist etwas teurer aber man hatte genügend Auswahl.
