La chambre vaste et confortable. Le petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié. Le jardin.

Ne pas être informé que la piscine est hors service faite alors que la réservation a été faite 4 jours avant notre arrivée. Ne pas être informé lors de la réservation que le repas du soir n’est pas certain. L’absence totale d’information touristique notamment ne pas indiquer qu’un arrêt de bus du réseau urbain est situé devant la porte de l’hôtel et qu’une application permet de savoir comment se déplacer facilement dans la ville.

Super hôtel à tous points de vue Excellent accueil Le seul petit regret c'était l'absence de restaurant

It started with the check in. Anna Marie, at the check in desk was fun, helpful, interesting and a delight to talk with. Her warm and helpful welcome started off our stay there in the best way. We followed up with her the next day about the history of the hotel and gardens which we were curious about. The hotel is 30 years old and well maintained. We loved that it had a "retro" feel to it. Parking was convenient and our room very comfortable. The next morning we walked the gardens and saw they had a bar and restaurant so there were amenities we were unaware of. The breakfast was tasty. The place was quiet and we agreed we were glad we stayed just outside of the city.

The only complaint we had was the water in our room was warm, but not hot.
