I visited for a family event celebrating a birthday. From our meet and greet on Friday to the formal banquet on Saturday the staff was nothing short of amazing. Their attention to detail, excellent personalized service and professional made this a weekend to remember. All though all staff were phenomenal, I have to personally identify two staff members that went above and beyond. As a vegan, I often have to compromise my experience due to limited food options. Martha made sure this was not the case. She identified my rather sparse plate and took it upon herself to champion efforts to ensure I had a wonderful time. She contacted the lead chef, Sandy who planned, prepared and produced a wonderful vegan friendly meal. The tofu was smartly prepared with a light glaze and cooked to perfection. I personally thanked her but felt a more public display was required. At a time when, service has taken a back seat to speed, these two hospitality professionals, Sandy and Martha, embody what customer service truly is supposed to be. Thank you!

I was on a business trip and had a very long day on the road. I went into the lobby and was going to get a couple of rooms and decided to leave. Kim waws working the desk and came all the way out into the parking lot and convinced me to stay there for the evening. I am glad she did. Very comfortable room and great meal at the hotel restaurant. Kim was an exemplary employee with outstanding customer service.

Under renovations 2-3 floors look out to a dumpster.

Absolutely disgusting experience at the Courtyard Marriott Cocoa Beach Canaveral. The entire hotel is dirty, outdated, and in desperate need of renovations. But the real nightmare? Waking up at 4 AM to find a huge roach crawling on my son’s pillow. Needless to say, none of us could go back to sleep. We ended up crashing in my parents’ room for the rest of the night. When I called the front desk to ask if they had another room, the staff acted like I was the problem and made it seem like helping me was a massive inconvenience. Beyond rude. They did remove the large bug and said it was “normal” for this location. WTH!!! As if that wasn’t enough, Patricia at the front desk failed to book our return shuttle from the cruise port to the airport. After waiting over an hour, we were forced to hire another company and pay out of pocket—effectively paying twice for the same trip. The cherry on top? The general manager left me a voicemail saying they wouldn’t compensate us for their mistake. It’s obvious the staff here don’t like their jobs, and it shows in how they treat guests—even Gold Marriott members like me. Stay far, far away from this hotel unless you enjoy sleeping with bugs and throwing money away because of incompetent service. Marriott, do better

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were joining our cruise ship at Port Canaveral the following day . Check in was quick and efficient. We had a room on 2nd floor which was comfortable and spacious , sleep quality was fantastic . Not a great view , as we overlooked the bin area! There is a coffee shop and bistro which we didn’t use . We were tired after a long flight , ordered food from Uber Eats and walked the 5 minutes in the morning to I Hop for breakfast. The hotel has a nice pool area where we spent some time at while waiting on our transfer . A nice place for a pit stop, but maybe not for a holiday in my opinion .

I came into the bar yesterday and had a Black Cherry Old Fashioned. It was AMAZING! Bartender’s name Ryan. I really enjoyed talking with him. Thanks for pre-gaming our cruise!
