The staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful.The complimentary breakfast was very nice with cheese omelets and waffles. The attendant even went out of her way and made me a waffle and got me fresh milk, so that it was cold. Very nice service!

Dear [Hotel Manager], We arrived at your hotel yesterday morning and unfortunately had a disappointing experience at the front desk. The lady who assisted us was very rude and unhelpful. We kindly requested an early check-in, but she made us wait in the lobby from 9:00 AM until 1:30 PM without any clear communication or courtesy. She seemed distracted and was often on her personal phone. This was especially disappointing because just six days ago, we stayed at the same hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff member who helped us then was very professional—he even offered us complimentary water and made us feel welcome. In contrast, this time we felt ignored. When we asked if we could store our luggage, our request was dismissed without any explanation. We hope this feedback will help improve your service. We were truly looking forward to another pleasant stay, but sadly, this experience fell short of our expectations.

Like others the digital key doesn’t work and their solution not our problem when can only reset and give you a key. Room not clean (see photo) upon entering my room I had an ear ring stuck in my shoe so you can tell hallway and room not vacuumed. HVAC is LOUD and not functional below 70. The doors to room stick and have something on bottom to prohibit them from closing automatically. Pillows are very soft, lighting in room poor. Leaving in morning trash from rooms lined hallways and elevator had food & candy all over floor. Access getting in/out is challenging.

It all started wrong the moment we checked in. I waited at the front desk until the employee finished spending time on her phone in the lobby. After we settled into our room for the night, one of my children became sick causing us to call the front desk for help. However, their employee Yaminah could not be more bothered by our request for assistance. In fact she told us we would have to wait until the next shift showed up leaving us in a dirty room with 2 young children. Only after going to the reception desk in person were we thrown new room keys our way without any explanation or information on our new room. It gets better. I go the very next morning to ask to speak with the manager Robin Boodhan but was told they were too busy to speak with me and for me to send an email. I received their response 3 days after checking out stating they would provide Yaminah with a 2 week training program. Hilton should be ashamed of having these employees represent their brand when they can care less about sustaining the company's values.
