Marriott's Legends Edge at Bay Point

Have visited twice. Nice area, good golf course. As an Marriott owner is not the nicest facilities. This visit check in staff was friendly. Check out staff, as on both visits, just want you gone. This visit she had no concern that the in room phones did not work. Or that the dish washer door was broken. It falls freely against your shins if you are unaware. Always ask if there is construction on site. It is never advertised when booking. At least this visit to noise as minimal. As a loyal Marriott customer, Gold Elite and 200k+ points in my account there is no benefit. I no longer recommend Marriott.

This property was excellent. The condos kitchen was stocked with essentials, washer & dryer in the unit, close to the beach, grocery stores, activities. On site activities, food &drinks, sundries, movie theatre, and properly heated hot tub. My daughter forgot her charger and when I returned to retrieve it housekeeping had every single drawer pulled out to clean!!!

No breakfast but equipped with everything needed . Will definitely be back .

Best vacation we spent with full family

The rooms were spacious like an apartment. The pool is heated and there is a whirlpool. Close to everything but far enough to enjoy the quiet and peace. Great staff, very helpful. They even have a cinema, showing movies every night.

We wanted upper floor. They didn’t tell us only owners use upper floors. They gave us ground floor next to kiddie pool for our Anniversary. We left and went to Marriott on the beach Spring Hill Suites. It was very nice.

The Entire Condo, staff, activities was amazing!

We have been to most of the major Marriott/Vistana resorts over the past 20 or so years: we had high expectations. Here is what we discovered: 1) This has to be one of the smallest if the the smallest Marriott Vacation resorts and we were nervous about what that would mean. 2) It is not ocean front, and you definitely need a car. 3) It is a lovely beach town, however and the resort setting is stunning. We have NEVER paid attention to any of the "activities"at any of the resorts we have visited. Oh sure, our grandkids did - but while every resort had them, they never looked timely or relevant. It is clear however, that this resort has spent a ton of time on making the activities a great feature - and not just for adults or even older adults like us. This activities staff orchestrated with expertise and efficiency a full suite of activities. It was even better than some cruises we went on. A Labor Day picnic, wine tasting, great DJ,... Fun time - thanks!

Amazing service and amazing villas!! Already booked my stay for next summer!
