Nothing, the amenities posted were misleading first off, secondly trying to cancel is a nightmare

Everything about my experience. I had a family emergency but kept a booking for my grandchild s birthday. I couldn't be their but my guest was and the pool was closed. Nothing on the site. I in deep stress knowing I was unable to stay and no pool was the reason for the cancelation. I decided because of the pool closure and my emergency to move forward with the process and told their shouldn't be a cancelation fee because of circumstances. To my surprise Iwas not refunded my money only partial less than half. I visit often and stayed in this hotel, Booking.com is the problem, but hotel should update things like amenities and renovation. That happened the last time I booked. And was awake on Saturday to construction. Never agian. Both the site and hotel.
