No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Large bug in the bathroom.

We were in the room only for a couple of hours after a very long day. We ordered food and was unable to go get food because we were locked in our room. The deadbolt broke and there was no way to get out of the room. We had to wait over 2 hours until the locksmith had to cut the deadbolt. I was so upset, we left immediately and ended up driving back to Atlanta. I will be contacting booking support to demand a refund. This is the 2nd time I have using booking to get a room and both occurrences have ended with a negative experience. Not sure I will ever use this platform again.
